WRAP® and Mental Health Recovery Workshops
WRAP® is a self-management tool for nurturing personal wellbeing and mental health recovery. It is of benefit to any individual interested in being proactive in how they manage their mental health.
WRAP® workshops run for a minimum of 16 hours, usually delivered over a number of weekly sessions.
Threshold Training Network staff, certified in WRAP® provide WRAP®level 1 workshops occasionally during the year. Scheduled workshops will be posted on our monthly calendar of wellbeing activities. As well as students on our training programmes anyone in the local community who is interested in managing their wellbeing can attend. Level 1 WRAP® workshops run for a minimum of 16 hours, usually delivered over a number of short weekly sessions.
By arrangement we can provide WRAP® level 1 and 2 workshops to external groups. There is a fee for this service, if you are interested in enquiring further about this option, phone the centre or email email@example.com. For information on WRAP® see mentalhealthrecovery.com.
To nurture wellbeing we run a series of free short workshops each month to support people doing things for themselves that keep them well. Depending on the activity, workshops run from between one to two and half hours. The activities are open to anyone who is interested in taking care of their wellbeing.
The calendar takes a holistic approach to nourishing our wellbeing. Activities are based on the concept of ‘wellness tools’ i.e. things we can do to support our wellbeing day-to-day.
The activities change from month-to-month, and are chosen based on feedback from students and participants of our other services. Calendars can be found in our monthly calendar section, on our Facebook page or email us and ask to be included on our contact list. All activities are free. To book, please call 01-4940502.
