Thank you to the Wellness Society for the use of their Coronavirus Anxiety workbook. If  you wish to find out more about the Wellness Society the link to their website is  www.wellnesssociety.org. The booklet introduces you to several tools for dealing with anxiety and you will have the opportunity to create your own stress resilience action plan using tools from the booklet.

Family Wellbeing Toolkit and Family Planner

This planner is designed to support your own wellbeing, and your loved ones during these tough times. The toolkit has advice on how to nurture relationships, maintain connections, and support each other from afar or within the same household.  The Family Wellbeing plan is a really practical and useful tool for households. Simple checklists, schedules and To-Do lists lend structure, and preserve head space while illustrating progress through completed task.
