We are a community voluntary organisation that supports people with mental health difficulties through a variety of services, to lead more meaningful and contributing lives in connection with others.
We welcome the support of volunteers and there are two key programmes in which you may be able to and interested in helping out.
Become a Volunteer
Support people with mental health difficulties to identify and participate in activities that interest them and by doing so to promote their sense of belonging in the community.
Head Out project volunteer training takes place twice a year in October and February. Check out our Facebook page for more information and updates in the lead up to the training events.
All volunteers on the HOP project must supply references from non-family members, who have known you for more than 3 years. This does not apply to the DIY Resilience volunteer programme.
If you are interested in volunteering for our Head Out Project or DIY Resilience project, please get in touch with us on 01-4940502 to find out more or use the Contact us form to register your interest.
